With a very strong technical and creative background, Lamia Molato has over 12 years of expertise in fashion, design, art and creative direction. She is a committed person, with a huge sense of responsibility, looking for big challenges and efficient ways of working. She comes from well-known retail companies like Inditex and Mango, that she used to be the product director driving and orientating big teams, with great skills of leadership and long-term vision.

She has been working in different international companies, driving departments like buying, design and production. Besides, learning from different cultures and languages that gave her a strong self-confidence and great aptitudes for dealing with different targets and clients.

Passionate and empathetic, she is a strategic thinker who cares deeply about the prefect execution of the projects. As an impactful and collaborative leader, she resolves in a highly efficient way the most difficult design and creative matters, also sets up great strategies for fashion business.
